During my senior year of high school, my then boyfriend (now husband) had bought me my first camera. I captured my friends senior photos and this is when I fell in love with photography. Fast forward in 2021 I married my Husband Austin who then purchased me another camera and that is where PBKN started. As a photographer who specializes in newborn and family photography, I love being able to capture what makes each family unique and special.
Since my passion continued to grow, my husband helped me build my dream rustic studio located in Rush County. Through having this space, I am able to capture your first moments of bringing your little one into your family.
There’s something incredibly special about being able to freeze a moment in time—especially when that moment is filled with love, connection, and the warmth of family. As a photographer, I’m not just snapping pictures, I’m capturing the emotions that bind people together—the laughter, the quiet glances, the unspoken bonds that make family and relationships truly beautiful.
Every smile, every hug, every shared moment is a story in itself. It’s an honor to witness and preserve these heartfelt connections through my camera, turning them into memories that can be cherished for generations. Whether it's a family portrait, an engagement session, or a candid moment of love, I strive to capture what truly matters—the essence of who you are and the moments you hold dear.
Outside of photography, I love camping, hanging out with my family or building a DIY project. I love anything I can build with wood, making custom things and I will always have 10 "honey to do" things saved on my pintrest for when we get done.
